Howard S. Spann, Jr. has more than 20 years of experience in entertainment, property operations, hospitality leadership, and facilities management, overseeing building operations and maintenance across residential and commercial properties in New York City and Atlanta.

He attended the City University of New York (CUNY) system and built his career through leadership roles in hospitality and property operations.

A South Bronx native, Howard is passionate about mentorship, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. As a founder of Spann Winslow McCall, he helps advance the mission of empowering families and building generational wealth through faith, focus, and entrepreneurship.
