Tesha S. Winslow is a banking officer with over 20 years of experience in financial services and credit risk management, overseeing corporate lending portfolios exceeding $2 billion.

She began her career on Wall Street and previously served as a Financial and Risk Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Tesha earned her MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School (Citigroup Fellow) and her B.A. in Political Science with a Teaching Certificate from Yale University.

Originally from the South Bronx of New York, Tesha is one of four siblings born to Howard and Adreia Spann, who were married for 42 years until Howard’s passing in 2013. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is the proud mother of two remarkable teenagers.

Tesha is passionate about mentoring, youth leadership, and community service. She is guided by principles of faith, hope, and disciplined execution in both her professional and personal life.
